Schedule an Appointment
Online scheduling is only available to established patients. If you are a new patient, please contact Trinity Integrative Medicine to set up your initial appointment.
For current patients, please have the scheduling password available (this was given to you by the TIM office staff). When you reserve an appointment, please note that you will need to pay a reservation fee. If you need to cancel your appointment, please call the office directly. If you need to cancel in fewer than 3 business days from your appointment, you will also be assessed a cancellation fee.
